Everything began in the year 1988, when Nikos and Yiannis Stamos created in the city of Volos, the small but charming workshop for yeast products that covered the needs of the shop. The Stamos pies were loved quickly for their quality and their taste.
Soon, other professionals around Volos asked to sell the high quality Stamos pies.
The secret became known throughout Greece. The need of expansion was evident. In the year 2007 the company expanded with a small factory that was built with the latest technology, its target being the production of high quality yeast products.
This made the dynamic growth of the company possible.
